Prior to venturing out on their own, each of the partners formerly practised with large national law firms based in Toronto. Jim Marin was a senior partner and member of the Executive Committee of Smith, Lyons, now Gowlings. Diane Evans previously practised with the law firm of McMillan Binch in Toronto.

We practise exclusively in the area of civil litigation, having conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials. The breadth of our court room experience extends from administrative law to tax litigation.
